About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Class 4 Driver to join our Transfer Station facility in Wickliffe Street Dunedin. In this role you will be responsible for the operation of various waste collection vehicles including our hook service.

You will be part of a team, as well as equipment operating responsibilities you will be expected to assist in other parts of the facility as needed.

There is more to collecting waste than what you might think, our trucks are set up with modern technologies and we all take pride in delivering an essential service to local residents and business.

To be successful in this role you need to have:

• A valid NZ Class 4 Licence with relevant driving experience
• Relevant transport industry knowledge and experience

An understanding of current health and safety practices, great communication skills, a hands-on” approach, and great customer service skills are required for the role. 

 

You will be part of a team, as well as equipment operating responsibilities you will be expected to assist in other parts of the facility as needed.
