We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Technical Services team in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer portfolio and bringing new business on board in Auckland region. You will be working with some established clients requiring account management servicing. Although your focus will be client retention and share of wallet growth and new businesses.
To be successful in this role you ideally have the following attributes:
- A skilled negotiator for existing and new business growth, a problem solver with a ‘can do’ approach to solving problems;
- Proven ability to build professional relationships and strong sales skills;
- Self-motivated and highly results orientated;
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team.
Possessing excellent communication skills with strong commercial acumen with a natural flair for leveraging key contracts across our service offerings, you will be capable of building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to seek out additional opportunities in a highly competitive market whilst in negotiations is critical to your success.
