The Opportunity:

We now have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our supportive and dynamic team based in Auckland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop a career into a Sales Representative role in a successful team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing a high level of sales support to the sales team by working closely and assisting with the administration functions
• Completing internal and external reporting including data entry
• Event Quoting
• Managing Internal customer base and answering inbound customer queries in an effective manner
• Understanding our company, products and take accountability for ensuring customers are managed in the best manner and issues are escalated where appropriate as directed by management and policies
• Consolidating reports for Sales Managers for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant work experience in administration
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills - (Excel and Word especially)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise your daily schedule and to use your initiative to find solutions are key to your success in this role. You need to demonstrate proven work experience and ability to work with deadlines in a fast paced work environment.
