About the Role

Due to an internal progression, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join our successful team based in East Tamaki, Auckland.

Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will work alongside the collection team responsible for contacting customers to provide solutions to debt related issues. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting set daily call targets to customers to organise the collection of debts 
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly cash collection targets
  • Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices

About you 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and builds strong relationships, you have a proven record of meeting your daily and monthly KPI’s.  Previous experience in a credit control or customer service role is preferred. Your innate ability to manage time, prioritise and be flexible will prove invaluable. 

  • Relevant working experience in a large collection team on high volume ledgers over 2000 customers, preferred
  • Strong reconciliation and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Advanced Excel skills
