Are you looking for a role where you make a difference? We are looking for a sales superstar to join our team in Christchurch.
The role
Reporting through to our Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be managing and developing a portfolio of B2B customers to ensure effective customer relationships across the region, creating sustainable value-add opportunities and delivering revenue growth. You will work across all aspects of the sales process from the tender stage through to negotiating prices and contracts.
The focus of this role will be engaging with your customer base to demonstrate how Waste Management can address resource recovery challenges and create value. This autonomous role will require you to develop existing and target new markets whilst continuing to identify and deliver solutions to grow market share within the current customer base.
Providing a high level of service that will consolidate long-term relationships, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring “service excellence “and assisting our clients to achieve their long-term sustainability goals.
About you
Ideally, you have a proven successful track record in sales or account management and are a natural at building strong relationships to ensure you deliver on targets and drive the region’s sales.
You’re motivated, realistic, self-sufficient and are a confident self-starter who will be perfectly at ease working alone in the region to ensure our customer’s high standards of service delivery are met. Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must for this role.
